The Challenge
Laerdal Medical, a global leader in healthcare training solutions, set an ambitious goal of helping save one million more lives every year by 2030.
While the company excelled in developing physical medical training tools, it needed to rapidly expand its digital capabilities to reach and support more users around the world. However, internal bandwidth constraints and past difficulties with contractor reliability made it hard to scale effectively.
