Developed high-quality roadmaps to implement Snowflake in multiple stable teams, uplifting the platform's overall capabilities.

Led a cross-functional team to deliver an SAP MDG supply chain solution for a government energy provider in Queensland, Australia. This was the only team in the program to meet deadlines with minimal scope variation. Blueprinted and delivered a product for a disability care provider to help them plan and schedule necessary care, ensuring adequate coverage for at-risk patients. Delivered a data quality assessment for an Iraqi government agency to support their customer 360 journey. I delivered Ataccama master data management (MDM) solutions to identify the agency's customers across channels.

Developed a digital and records purge and archival policy. I also created an SQL program to match data and identify assets to be purged. Collaborated with the operational risks team to outline data risk items, mitigate actions, and specify ownership details in responding to threats. The information was used to define risk appetite and incident response procedures in EY Oceania. Created a framework with the M&A team to outline data assets and key data ownership transition processes as part of overarching acquisitions, ensuring smooth transitions and encouraging data ownership awareness.

Operationalized an offshore delivery model for our biggest client, improving project margins by 65%. I built a team of eight resources and successfully architected the delivery framework. Delivered a data platform for a challenging client in the retail space, obtaining sign-off blueprints for delivery within three months. Transitioned into a technical delivery role smoothly after three years of leveraging my SAP experience in delivering MDM solutions for Sydney Trains.

Led the delivery of a new analytics solution on the SAP HANA platform, which required a deep understanding of the existing analytics use cases to guide data modelers and dashboard developers in the deployment process. Developed an E2E data conversion solution that not only templates the development but also logs each transformation and provides alerts in case of failure. The solution was also optimized to push down all CPU-heavy operations into the database. Built a conditional scheduling solution that manages the flow and sequence of ETL jobs. It also logs progress and sends alerts on failures, promoting prompt investigation and fixes.

Received an award for the detailed presentation of a customer's business in which I successfully outlined key risks and challenges that the business faced, presenting how data could help face them. Built a new data transformation program that parses unstructured text data, formats it, and loads it into SAP. The previous program ran for four hours and required manual fixing, while the new program took only 45 minutes and no manual intervention. Created and led a team of five members, handling recruiting, onboarding, training, and subsequent delivery of 15 SAP projects within a new data transformation program.
